I'm Mike, the founder (and the guy behind every cart, every event, every plate). What started as a love for good food and bringing people together has grown into something I'm genuinely proud of: a one-cart business that shows up for weddings, farmer's markets, birthday parties, fairs, and everything in between.
The charcuterie cart gives guests a build-your-own grazing experience — fresh meats, cheeses, fruits, and accoutrements, arranged with care and designed to be part of the celebration, not just a side table.
The mini pancake pop-up is exactly what it sounds like: fresh, made-to-order mini pancakes with a full topping bar. It's fast, it's fun, and it tends to be the thing people are still talking about on the way home.
